The ease with which I was able to make a booking and arrange collection and delivery of my luggage items. I was kept updated about the driver the delivery vehicle details and arrival times for both pick up and drop off. The 2 drivers were very courteous and professional (Alae and Miguel, Barcelona). I would recommend this service to my family and friends, and I would have no issue with using this company again.

The service was outstanding and prompt. Both pickup at one hotel and drop off at another went impeccably and the zip tying of the bags for storage was very good for security. The app is very good and the direct communication clear.
Top-class service
Perfect service, very friendly keepers. My luggage was picked up neatly at the agreed time in Athens. The keeper even called me five minutes before arriving. The communication via the app was also very clear. The evening before, they asked which ship I would be traveling on in the port, so they knew exactly where to deliver our luggage. Once again, the keeper was very friendly and right on time there too. This allowed me to enjoy the entire day in the city without having to carry heavy suitcases. Top-class service.

Everything was absolutely fine. Our booking was very easy and confirmed promptly, the operator was responsive and provided the contacts and the coordinates of the keeper and the car. The keeper came to the drop off and pick up sites sharply on time. All in all, the service is exceptionally convinent and comfortable, allowing to spend hands free time without being stuck to a particular luggage storage and to get the luggage in the most convenient place (incase in the Rhodes ferry port, which is not so close to the nearest storage). Super service. Would highly recommend if you want to continue touring a city and not have your luggage with you. Used while in Porto. They were on time for the pick up and drop off. I was also kept up to date with WhatsApp messages.

Luggage was picked up at the airport on time despite the traffic chaos. We received advance information about the driver and the vehicle. The driver was friendly, helpful, and spoke English. The later delivery to the specified address was also punctual and without any issues.

Great service. Very responsive. It was so helpful that they could pick up our luggages so that we didn't have to carry them around the city of Porto, Portugal. There are plenty of hills. They were able to come sooner from the airport and drop off to our tental place for the vacation. This is a service that I didn't even think of until we needed it! I highly recommend them.

Book online through our Website , selecting the time and location where you want your luggage collected and delivered. A Keeper (our professional driver) will meet you at the scheduled time and location to collect your luggage.

LUGGit prices start at ā¬2 per bag. The final cost depends on your pickup and delivery locations, storage duration, number of bags and service plan.

Safety is always our priority. When your bags are picked up, theyāre sealed with a unique tamper-proof tag to ensure they stay securely closed and identifiable throughout the service.
Between pickup and delivery, your luggage is stored in a locked, monitored facility with very restricted access.
Every bag is automatically insured up to 500ā¬, and you can choose to upgrade to our flexible service plan, covering up to 1200ā¬ per bag, during booking.

After booking, you'll receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with all your booking details. Approximately 30 minutes before pickup, we will send your Keeper's information, including their name, vehicle, and contact details.
The Keeper status is updated via WhatsApp . Upon arrival, they will call you to make the meeting easy; just look for their bright orange LUGGit vest.

You can cancel your booking at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or WhatsApp. Cancellation fees apply as follows, depending on the selected Service Plan:
Basic Plan
-Up to 24 hours before pickup: Free of charge
-Less than 24 hours before pickup: ā¬10.00 fee
-Less than 1 hour before pickup: ā¬17.50 fee
Flexible Plan
-Up to 1 hour before pickup: Free of charge
-Less than 1 hour before pickup: ā¬17.50 fee
Failure to show for the service might result in the full service value being charged for both plans.
