Excellent peace of mind service
The LUGGit Keepers were on time at both pick up and drop off. And they waited for me at pick up as my flight was delayed and passport control was very slow. They stayed in communication and assured me they would wait. This was a relief and on less thing to stress about. It is a great service.

Effortless Service
We had a fantastic experience with LUGGit from start to finish. The whole process was completely effortless and took a lot of stress out of our day. At both the port and the airport, the vans were already parked in exactly the right place ahead of time, which made everything seamless. The orange vests also made it very easy to quickly identify the team member on arrival. The staff we met in person were friendly, professional, and efficient. We needed to add an extra bag when we arrived at the van and this was handled without any fuss. The additional charge was very reasonable and easy to pay through the app. The app itself was excellent, with clear communication and regular updates throughout. Making adjustments to the booking and getting in touch with the team was simple, quick, and hassle-free. Overall, this is a fantastic service that we would absolutely recommend and will definitely use again.

It was quick and easy and made our time in Lisbon so much better because we didn't have to carry our luggage all over Lisbon with us when we got off the cruise ship. We arrived at 7 am at the docks. They picked up our luggage from there and our luggage was delivered to us at our rental at checkin that afternoon. Will use this service again! They were prompt for pickup and delivery.

The most comfortable luggage service I’ve ever experienced. We were able to choose the exact times that suited us, and they picked up our bags directly from our accommodation and delivered them straight to the airport terminal. The whole process was smooth, flexible, and completely stress-free. Highly recommended!

Great service. On time and professional! They picked up our bags at the door of our Airbnb early so we could explore the city for the day and then dropped them off at the train station that evening when we were ready to go.

LUGGit es un servicio de recogida, almacenamiento y entrega de equipaje que facilita los viajes, especialmente antes del check-in o después del check-out.
Reserva online a través de nuestro sitio web o aplicación eligiendo cuándo y dónde quieres que se recoja y se entregue tu equipaje. Un Keeper (nuestro conductor profesional) te encontrará en el momento y lugar programados para recoger tu equipaje.
Puedes rastrear tus maletas en tiempo real a través de la aplicación y ponerte en contacto con nuestro equipo de asistencia en cualquier momento a través del chat en vivo o WhatsApp. ¡Viaja con las manos libres mientras entregamos tu equipaje de forma segura a tu destino!

Los precios de LUGGit comienzan en 4,99 € por maleta, pero el coste final depende de tus ubicaciones de recogida y entrega, el tiempo que necesites el almacenamiento y el número de maletas.

La seguridad es siempre nuestra prioridad. Cuando se recogen tus maletas, se sellan con una etiqueta única a prueba de manipulaciones para garantizar que permanezcan cerradas de forma segura e identificables durante todo el servicio.
Puedes rastrear tu equipaje en tiempo real a través de la aplicación (Android o iOS) y ponerte en contacto con tu Keeper directamente si es necesario. Tu equipaje se almacena en una instalación cerrada y vigilada con acceso muy restringido.
Cada maleta está automáticamente asegurada hasta 500€, y puedes optar por actualizar a nuestro plan de servicio flexible, que cubre hasta 1200€ por maleta, durante la reserva.

Después de reservar, te enviaremos un correo electrónico de confirmación y un mensaje de WhatsApp con todos los detalles de tu servicio. Unos 30 minutos antes de la recogida, también recibirás el nombre de tu Keeper, los detalles del vehículo y la información de contacto.
Puedes rastrear tu equipaje en tiempo real utilizando nuestra aplicación (Android o iOS). Cuando tu Keeper llegue al punto de recogida o entrega, te llamará para ayudarte a encontrarte fácilmente. ¡Estate atento a su chaleco naranja brillante de LUGGit, ¡es fácil de detectar!
Para ubicaciones comunes como aeropuertos y estaciones de tren, utilizamos puntos de encuentro predefinidos para garantizar un proceso fluido y eficiente. Puedes encontrar la lista de puntos de encuentro a continuación:

Puedes cancelar tu reserva en cualquier momento poniéndote en contacto con nuestro equipo de asistencia a través del chat en directo o WhatsApp. Se aplican tarifas de cancelación de la siguiente manera, según el Plan de Servicio seleccionado:
Plan Básico
-Hasta 24 horas antes de la recogida: Sin cargo
-Menos de 24 horas antes de la recogida: €10,00 de tarifa
-Menos de 1 hora antes de la recogida: €20,00 de tarifa
Plan Flexible
-Hasta 1 hora antes de la recogida: Sin cargo
-Menos de 1 hora antes de la recogida: €20,00 de tarifa
La no presentación al servicio puede resultar en que se cobre el valor total del servicio para ambos planes.
