it was smooth all the way from communication before our luggage was picked up, our driver was wonderful and he met us exactly where he said he would . it was really easly and we felt like our luggage was being taken care of for us so we could enjoy the last few hours of our trip.

Very happy with the service. We arrived in Madrid at 9 am but couldn’t check in to our apartment until 3 pm .They picked up our luggage at the airport so we could then go and do our palace tour and lunch before getting it delivered straight to our apartment at 3. Communication was great. Would definitely use them again.

安全は常に私たちの優先事項です。お客様の荷物を受け取った際、 不正開封防止タグで封印 し、サービス全体を通じて安全に密閉され、識別できるようにします。
集荷と配達の間、お客様の荷物は 施錠され、監視された施設 に保管され、アクセスは非常に制限されています。
すべてのバッグは自動的に 500€まで保険が適用されます、 ご予約時に、 フレキシブルサービスプラン にアップグレードして、バッグあたり1200€までをカバーすることもできます。
