Is LUGGit safe?
Safety is our top priority. Each bag is sealed with a unique tag in the presence of the customer and tracked. Additionally:
- Our service includes an insurance of €500 per bag.
- Clients can also choose premium insurance of up to 1200€.
- When in storage, luggage is kept in private, secure warehouses.
Do I have to book for my client, or can they book themselves?
We support both options:
- Booking as a partner: Ideal for travel agencies or DMCs. You can book via our website or email as far in advance as you need.
- Direct booking by the client: We provide you with a personalized link you can recommend to your clients, and they book autonomously.
Do you store luggage for several days or weeks?
Yes, we store luggage for any duration:
- Hours
- Days
- Weeks or even months
Perfect for cruise passengers, long trips, tours around the whole country or other travel tours where luggage handling is a key concern.
What are your service hours?
We currently operate from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. every day. If clients have small delays, our operations team is always available to find the best solution for them - we are as flexible as possible.
What should clients expect when they meet a Keeper (driver)?
Smooth, professional, and secure:
- Clients receive a message via WhatsApp or SMS, 30 minutes in advance.
- We provide the Keeper’s name, vehicle details, and phone number.
- Our protocol requires our Keepers to call clients 5 minutes before pickup and drop-off.
Can the service be booked last minute?
Yes! Very simple:
- On our website: The request can be done from 1 hour up to 6 months in advance.
- On our app: The request can be done even in real-time.
- As a partner: You can also book by email with as much lead time as needed.
How much does LUGGit cost?
That will depend on the nature of your business and which collaboration model suits you best.
Travel Agencies
- Each agency receives a dedicated booking page.
- Agents can check real-time prices based on distance and number of bags.
- A Market Manager is always available for personalized assistance or complex cases.
Hotels
- We provide a custom hotel interface designed for front desk teams.
- Staff can easily book LUGGit on behalf of the guest whenever needed.

Short-Term Rentals

How Pricing Works
Prices are calculated based on:
- Distance
- Storage time
- Type and number of bags
