We had an excellent experience with LUGGit in Lisbon. Our luggage was picked up at the airport on time and finding the “Keeper” was explained clearly. Our luggage was delivered at the scheduled time, and the Keeper even helped us carry our heavy bags up 3 flights of stairs. Reliable and easy to use! It was a pleasure not having to drag our luggage around while we waited for our Airbnb to be ready. Highly recommend!

The luggage pickup and delivery was super easy (they picked it up at our hotel and delivered it to the airport).
