We booked the service the first time and it was a great experience. Communication was easy via WhatsApp, quick responses and if needed WhatsApp call. The luggage was picked up on time and delivered on time. We had 15 mins delay to the airport but they have patiently waited on us. Fully recommend this service!

Amazing experience, the comfort this services brings for the price is unbelievable, they were punctual. The only thing is that when they came to bring my bag back the man was not wearing the orange shirt, what made a little bit difficult to find him.

No fuss luggage assistance
It was easy to set up our luggage pick-up, which was only one call away or even easier online through the app. Carla was our organiser and kept us fully informed of when our luggage was being picked up and being delivered. We arrived at the airport earlier than expected and Carla personally collected our luggage from storage and delivered it to us ahead of schedule...very impressive and above and beyond. Thank you Carla.

LUGGit 的价格每个行李起价为 4.99 欧元，但最终费用取决于您的取件和送达地点、您需要的存储时间以及行李的数量。
要获得准确的报价，只需填写我们网站或应用程序上的预订表格。在确认或付款之前，您将看到完整的价格。
是的，安全始终是我们的首要任务。当您的行李被取走时，它们会用独特的防篡改标签密封，以确保它们在整个服务过程中保持安全关闭和可识别。
您可以通过应用程序实时跟踪您的行李，并在需要时直接联系您的保管员。您的行李存放在一个上锁、监控的设施中，访问权限非常有限。
每个行李都会自动投保高达 500 欧元，并且您可以在预订期间选择升级到高级保险，每个行李的保额高达 1200 欧元。
要取消或修改您的预订，请通过在线聊天（在我们的网站或应用程序上）或WhatsApp联系我们的支持团队，并分享您的预订ID。
您可以在预定取件的前一天免费取消。
对于当天取消：
- 在取件前超过1小时：7.50欧元的费用
- 在取件前最多1小时：10欧元的费用
如果您没有按时出现接受服务，我们将收取全额费用，且不予退款。
要更改您的服务，您可以随时更新您的预订，但需视Keeper的可用性而定。更改可能会影响最终价格。我们将尽力满足特殊情况，例如航班延误。
我们的支持团队在每天上午8点至晚上8点（当地时间）在所有运营城市提供服务。
